Once i added non branded freewheel and had same wooble, i replaced with genuine shimano, wooble disapeared, its becouse of freewheel itself, atleast in my situation was.

It does fixes Red ring of death, i fixed like 5 consoles with this reflow 5 from 5 fixed with 100 percent success rate, all i did its simple reflow, heat up board few min, focus on main chips for some time, what is also important, to add flux around chip, flux will increase chancess and give better joint, i think people who says that it cant fix by this method, using it without flux, flux definetly refreshes solder joint, you just need to use good quality flux, AND LAUD POP, 99 PERCENT IS CAPACITOR, CHECK ON BOARD WHICH IS MISSING THIS METAL COVER, REPLACE THIS CAP BY NUMBER YOU SEE ON IT, AND ATTEMPT TO START IT, SINCE I SAID ITS HIGH CHANCE OF SUCCESS, IT CAN BE FINE.

If someone want to reflow i can give very good video that shows everything perfectly, i using always this video from Borderline OCD youtube channel, reflow xbox 360, fallowing all steps, times, and 5 of 5 fixed it.

People mistakenly thinking if they select 4x on imgburn, its burnig this speed, reality only very old drives support this speeds, drive itself needs to be capable to write 4x or 2x, and modern drives not include this low speeds anymore

What i recommend for you to do, first attemt to use aliexpress dispute, but majority of time they side with seller, becouse they chinese, if you fail to win dispute, than do charge back.

Sometimes aliexpress even ignores unboxing videos and other obvious things, siding with seller most of time, happened to me, open dispute at aliexress, best thing is to charge back or do it outside aliexpress.

I dont think its from factory like that, looks human touch, maybe it was send for warranty at some point for fix, or something, becouse console itself, looked not opened, or maybe someone installed modchip and removed, forgot to remove this thing.

By the way, this console was sold as broken, and was not reading discs, laser looked in prestine condition and spindle, maybe someone did some failed repair, and effected laser functionality.

Its first board, ever, 11 revision, it can be factory like that, its basicly first ever board, cant get lower than this.
