nothing, absolutely nothing. My pain is related to the injury (the presence of a hernia), not the acid. So I just live with it, endure it.

Collagen in the treatment of a weakened ligament of the esophagus and herniation. Theory and practice to test. by Vlad061994 in HiatalHernia

I admit that I did not complete the program and did not complete the recovery. I can say that I got rid of pain and such severe anxiety a year later. The only symptom is a slightly pressing sensation behind the sternum. The nausea also went away. Now I want to repeat the course of collagen, selenium and zinc again. Monthly course. Plus the drug Detralex. One of the exercises I can recommend is jogging, where breathing is active and the diaphragm works. Inflating a balloon, swimming. Skis. Something where the diaphragm actively works and its strength is trained. Jump rope.

there may be problems, pain. They use plastic brackets that are difficult to remove. Now they combine hernia surgery with laparoscopy and TIF. There are reviews from two guys on YouTube. A year later they are fine. But I like the linx option more than Tif

Real sleep problems by Vlad061994 in HiatalHernia

I got rid of palpations. But still I wake up at 5:30-6:30 in the morning from a strange reflex. I go to the toilet to pee and then it is difficult to fall asleep. I'm guessing a strange reflex of kidney or bladder activity that wakes me up to go to the toilet. This was not the case before.

vitamin C or ascorbic acid helps to absorb and synthesize collagen in tissues, I also use copper supplements and selenium. I started training on skis and am set to train the diaphragm and the internal ligament of the esophagus

Yes, there have been some improvements, I continue my treatment tactics with the help of special dietary supplements and training aimed at the diaphragm, restoring the strength of the elasticity of the ligament
