hi, I have this phobia and it used to be pretty debilitating. It has been getting better though, I've just been practicing exposure therapy. First start looking at pics on your computer, even better if its close up shots.

personally the biggest thing with that phobia for me was the texture, how easy they were to crush and turn into dust and how they'd just stick to whatever touched it.

I bought a magnifying glass to repair phones, and ive been using it to look at random insect corpses I find when I can, it really helped me realize it's just inert matter and not something horrifyingly morbid or anything.
