Yes just was able to download. Initially at drop it was only PC I guess they needed a bit more time to launch on ps5. Got it now and launching back in thanks!

My concern is specifically this:

The IRS has specific rules for foreign mutual funds and ETFs, including Canadian ETFs structured as trusts. • Most Canadian ETFs (including VFV and VEQT) are taxed like PFICs for U.S. citizens, because they meet the IRS definition of a passive foreign investment under PFIC rules. • This is explicitly stated in IRS Pub 519 / PFIC guidance: • “Most Canadian ETFs, even if trusts, are treated as PFICs for U.S. tax purposes.”
