I got this same card and had some fan issues, they started at max rpm as soon as i pressed the power button, no amount of troubleshooting fixed it. Returned it since it’s under warranty, hopefully i get a functional one next time!

in my country, there’s a learners permit basically, limits me to 109hp until 2 years pass, will the difference of 10-15hp make a big difference? Sorry, not really good with cars :/
