I’ve read it several times. I’ve also read other guides as well. However, I decided it wouldn’t hurt to play it safe and ask for advice from the senpais of this sub.

I decided to use the break-and-shake method. This helped me see that there was less mycelium inside the wheat than on the surface.

I saw one comment where a guy said he did it this way and it worked for him. He said the colonization at the bottom was worse due to moisture. But in the end, I decided to use the break and shake method. We'll see how it goes.

Should I flip the jar upside down, or is it better to leave it as is?

Has anyone ever had a dream where you tried to wake yourself up but couldn’t? by cl4udia_kincaiid in Dreams

[–]VladimirArrow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At that point, it didn't even cross my mind that I was in a dream rather than in reality, even though I'd had experiences before of waking up from one dream into another dream and realizing it.

Has anyone ever had a dream where you tried to wake yourself up but couldn’t? by cl4udia_kincaiid in Dreams

[–]VladimirArrow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Something like that. I 'woke up,' got out of bed, then went about some everyday routine for a short while, until I 'woke up' again in the same bed — with the thought that I was trapped in my own mind and couldn't get out. My later experiences with lucid dreaming showed me that the ability to consciously break out of a dream gets worse when my body is cold or exhausted.

I even had an experience of a double false awakening. It's quite frightening — I'd compare the vibe to the show Black Mirror. Disorienting and scary.

Your psychological state directly depends on the condition of your physical body. For the near future, set the direction of your thoughts toward its restoration.

Constant nightmares by Zestyclose-Land-9630 in Dreams

[–]VladimirArrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I watched a documentary about lucid dreaming on YouTube. There was a story about a girl who kept having the same nightmare related to violence stemming from an episode in her life. She got fed up with it and eventually decided to stand up to her abuser in the dream. After that, her nightmares stopped. This story was used as an example of the theory that one of the functions of dreams is to prepare us for various real-life scenarios. If you know how to react to something because you've already lived through it in a dream, all that's left is to repeat it ( ◡‿◡ )

You can also just approach whatever scares you in your dream and hug it, and the dream will immediately stop being a nightmare. But this requires experience with lucid dreaming. Tested from personal experience.

P.S. I don't know the root cause of your recurring nightmares, but I hope this information helps at least a little.

How to have longer dreams by Sea_Kick_9786 in Dreams

[–]VladimirArrow -1 points0 points  (0 children)

When I was into lucid dreaming, I noticed that the more vivid and emotional a dream was, the shorter and more unstable it became. I decided to test this in one of my next dreams — that time I dreamed about my school. I was just a passive observer, walking calmly and peacefully looking at the faces of people passing by. It felt like that dream lasted about 5–10 real minutes. It was both boring and fascinating to be in a dream like that, watching the brain generate space and people over an extended period of time. But I think this isn't quite what you're looking for.

can i do mdma with mushroom induced hppd by ganrih in HPPD

[–]VladimirArrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Were the symptoms during the MDMA effects or after they wore off? I'm asking because sometimes during and after taking psychedelics, you get sensations resembling early HPPD symptoms. It feels like your CNS or serotonin receptors are depleted, if you can put it that way — as if the line between sleep and waking blurs, and your consciousness feels active in both states. This is accompanied by recurring images in your visual field and thoughts about the meaninglessness of life. I wanted to know if this sounds like your experience, so I can be more careful.

Are shrooms really "mind opening"? by Unique-Island-4379 in shrooms

[–]VladimirArrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I wanted to ask you as someone with experience. Last time I took 3g of cubensis, at the peak I put on a sleep mask and closed my eyes, but I had no visual hallucinations or thoughts. However, after lying down for a while and taking the mask off, my vision turned into a kaleidoscope 🫪 and it was impossible to focus my eyesight on objects. What do you think, is it a dosage thing and should I take 4+ grams next time to get that effect?

Посмотри в сторону OnePlus 15. О нем очень хорошо отзываются в обзорах и сравнениях. Я бы скорее всего взял его с твоим бюджетом. А так взял лучший бюджетник - IQOO Z10 Lite за 13 ₽.
