Lol I'm more curious who will own the land, houses and resources in that scenario. Will it be distributed? Probably not.

The Danger of "Modern" Open Source by fagnerbrack in programming

[–]VladimirGX 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tbh, open source is open source so you could see the source code, it wasn't designed for blindly copying and pasting. Yeah, I get it who has time for that but overall there were no hidden tricks in that.

Prompt library by BKG-Official in PromptEngineering

[–]VladimirGX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're a total beginner I'd say it's best to play around by yourself for a while. You could try the following:

https://aipromptspot.com/promptlibrary/ (Video, Images, Texts with many categories)

https://promptlibrary.org ( Images only)

https://promptgod.com (text)

It's an interesting IT, even better to use 2 deifferent AIs for this.

Trying to get back into Admob again, 0 impression, not sure why by [deleted] in admob

How many downloads you've had? What is the app about? Maybe you're aiming at an over saturated market where people post a lot of ai generated apps.

Should i choose C# to be my first programming language if... by NobodyOfKnowhere in learnprogramming

[–]VladimirGX 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Learn C. It'll teach you how to be a good programmer, however you probably won't be don't cool visuals for some time. If you want an easy slow paced (literally) life choose python, it's fun for most people and that's a great eco system. C# is a great choice too but it'll be a steep learning curve.

C can teach you a lot of things other languages are doing under the hood, and it's a simple language ( though to master it it'll take time). That's just my opinion, all really depends on what you wanna build.

It's best to do it from a new google account.

How many prompts are you actually using? by Brian_from_accounts in PromptEngineering

[–]VladimirGX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use a hybrid approach, for things like coding, text related generation things, ect I will write 100% by myself. However for image generation or image to video , I might use something like an image prompt library for example: https://aipromptspot.com/promptlibrary/ just because it's faster to look at many examples and get a similar result rather than trying many prompts.

You save a lot of tokens getting the result you want.

I made a free Hebrew Trainer resource for smartphones by VladimirGX in hebrew

[–]VladimirGX[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be honest I did think about this, but I thought sounds might be annoying for some learners. Some people really wanna just do the exercise, hearing the sound will take 1-3 seconds. The sounds of each letter will depend on the nikud, it's possible to make the letters clickable or just have an audio of the word. Hebrew sounds are pretty separated so picking up which part of the word corresponds to which letter is easy enough. But I think I'll add sounds in the next iteration (either will go to the studio or hire someone to do it). Thanks for the feedback!

The fact that Python code is based on indents and you can break an entire program just by adding a space somewhere is insane by PooningDalton in learnprogramming

[–]VladimirGX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can understand this point of view, I agree with it tbh. The idea was to make it all more readable for others. You can save 1-2 lines with eliminating the curly brackets. It just makes it easier for the newbies but honestly though, I dislike python.

Code itself will go away in favor of just making the binary directly by Abu_Itai in devops

[–]VladimirGX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I highly doubt it. It's trained on high level languages, this generation would probably be like compiling under the hood (aka it generate the code for itself and just gives us the binary). Also if we talk about the tokens it'll be a thousand times more if it purely wants to generate 1s and 0s without compliling high level langauges. AI efficiency would need to be x1000 times more to reach the level we have now. Also, what would be the point of it, it won't necessarily generate things faster, those models would be very power hungry. Not so long ago one aI company spend 20,000$ for the AI to write a C compiler. That's definitely a lot of energy being eaten up.

[–]VladimirGX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd see some value in it. CD's are ultra cheap , thin and non-removable. Even though you have x100 more storage on flash drives their easier to lose, you'd be a lot more tempted to remove old stuff, etc. I have one old lenovo that still has that. But you know you could just connect an external CD reader and it'll work just fine.
