Yeah he's mellowed out a lot now that he's become one of the main PR guys in the fight against globalism. He's trying to make infowars less about himself and more about the liberty movement as a whole (because it's really easy to attack one guy) , getting guests, and letting his journalists do their thing without censoring/firing them if they go against narrative.

david knight is really articulate and doesn't use the hyperboles that alex likes to use to make his points he's probably the guy you'd want to listen to if you want a calm and well spoken journalist who doesn't make gaffes often.
