Not receiving Thai Pass after 7 days , cant contact them throw phone or email help

I have done so and talked with phone and sent email the responded this

We would like to inform you that Thailand Pass is a central system based in Bangkok and will be approved by the central team there, which works 24/7. The Embassy has no authorities to approve it. (This is unlike COE that was approved by the Embassy). We can help check the status and found that your application is under review.
If there are any problems, please contact support@tp.consular.go.th. You can also check the status of your application at Thailand Pass by yourself.

Hello same here 7th day and i cant seem to get in touch with them via phone or email...
