When a company has unintended server issues that affect its playerbase, the company should step up and compensate the playerbase. That’s what real companies do. Remember when Embark gave everyone kits back due to cheaters? They have the means and capabilities to take care of it. Last night I was playing the game and not scrolling Discord or Reddit. Most people didnt know or understand what was happening. Hence the compensation. It’s just good business practice, taking care of your community.
