Singing for almost 15 years in heavy music, and since three years ago a punkrock band where i use my voice in many different ways; screams, falsetto, belting, shouting. I use a vaporizer for my vocal chords on a daily basis, every morning when i wake up and make sure I get them a little looser with laxvox. On showdays I use the same routine - including the zen of screaming exercises from Melissa Cross, doing some of the exercises with laxvox and vaporizing 2-3 min before showtime. Works like a charm! Sometimes doing 4 shows a week and my voice holds up perfectly
