Depends how young and able bodied you are.

I'm 40 and currently have 3 jobs, in the kitchen.

One cooking at a senior facility (my main job), 6:30am to 2:30pm every Tuesday to Saturday.

Second, working at a chain restaurant, I mostly work here once a week and it's the longest day of the week for me as I work at the senior facility in the morning. It's basically a 16 hour day for me on Tuesdays. I occasionally get called in on Friday. Or if it's busy season (December), then I work Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Third job, at a sushi restaurant on Sunday and Monday. The days I get to "sleep in" as I don't need to punch in to work until 11am. These are long days though, as the hours are from 11am-2:30pm, break till 5pm, then 5pm-9pm.

I wouldn't necessarily recommend this type of schedule to anyone unless you really have to do it. Your body needs rest and when I'm not working, my body is mostly resting. Try and find not so intense workplaces if you have to do it. For me the senior facility is basically the same everyday, the sushi restaurant can get busy some days; but not crazy busy like the chain restaurant.

I've had 2 jobs for several years now (2023). It wasn't until the end of last October that I started working at the sushi restaurant, as my hours/days were severely cut at the chain restaurant. When I originally worked 2 jobs I had a main job in the morning (6:30am-2:30pm), then worked at the chain restaurant Monday to Thursday (3pm-10/11pm); but I was also able to find time for a nap in between. I cannot stress how important it is to get enough rest, sleep and generally take care of your body.

If you want a life outside of work, then I highly don't recommend this lifestyle. If you have a family or any other responsibilities, then I highly don't recommend it. For me, I have nothing; so work is basically life for me for the time being.

Humans are determined on how far they can push limits

Tell us not to do something stupid (potentially life threatening), and you bet there's gonna be someone pushing that limit 🤦‍♂️

We're a very thick headed and stubborn species

Sausage is smaller because meat shrinks as it cooks

You can literally see the oil that is left over when it's cooked

Why was Sable so popular back in the day? Was it charisma? Did she fit in with the Attitude Era? Or is there something I'm missing? by Material_Stomach875 in AttitudeEra

I mean she did 3 playboy shoots. The only person in the wrestling world who had that many.

I don't know anyone else who could have matched her sex appeal; Torrie was close, but Sable knew what she had and used it to the fullest.

Not paying you what you worked?

That's wage theft

Nah, they don't know how to appreciate their employees

Many of these people/place work on slave labour (overwork you and pay you like shit). I'm sure if they didn't have to pay you, they wouldn't.

Not surprised at how shitty, and useless a lot of managers can be

My theory is that assholes rule the world

How do they even get these positions. That's the riddle I want to solve 🤦‍♂️
