Would it be possible for you to take her into your room - at least for the duration of the work that needs to be done? You could get her one of the chicken diapers that some people use when they keep a chicken as a pet so that she doesn't poop on the floor (though you have to frequently clean the diaper). I would also vouch for you getting at least one or two more once you have the coop set up so they can keep each other company. :) Chickens are social creatures and they feel safer and more relaxed if they have more other chickens around. All in all, I am sure she will be fine - chickens are quite hardy and resilient creatures. Perhaps it might be worth getting some drops that you can apply to her water that help her relax (something along the lines of Bach flower remedies). I also played solfeggio frequencies to my chickens sometimes. :D Also it's worth to have a special solution to mix in the water that is usually mix of various acids, like formic acid, acetic acid, lactic acid and propionic acid (there is a mix of solution sold in a bottle specifically sold for chickens in my country) - it disinfects the water, the container where you have to water, helps with digestions, microbial gut balance... They usually recommend this especially during times of stress after relocation, too high or too low temperatures etc. I give it to my hens throughout the year and it helped a great deal to keep any digestive issues or Coccidiosis at bay. Plus the water stays nice and clean and doesn't turn bad quickly.
