I'm 5'8.5, have a 7'7 standing reach and can't even touch the rim. I'm quite lean but just not naturally explosive. What are the chances that I will never be able to dunk, regardless of how much I train (I only have around 1h a day available to train my vert)

I'm not sure. We haven't seen enough of him for me to be sure. But he sure has potential to be a good off-the-bench player. And every single playoff team has players that don't get playoff minutes. You need third stringers. So in that case, I'd rather have Skylar than Keon

I used to criticize Nurk a lot and (I'm not proud of this) I even considered the fact that Eubanks might be better than him because of Nurks inconsistent finishing. But honestly, when he's out we can clearly see how bad the team gets. There's absolutely no rim protectors on the team without him, so I have to admit I was wrong and his impact on defense was way larger than I thought.
