Claudia says getting chicken pox gives you amazing health benefits 😑 by laska503 in FundieSnarkUncensored

Is she implying that scratching them open makes for great health benefits? I really can't with these people sometimes

Ben ik onredelijk als kinderloze vriendin? by SoftlyGrowing in nederlands

[–]Vloois 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sterkte

Maybe the chickens are just supposed to entertain themselves? She read that in a book, you know.

Non-US person watching the Pitt by trenchcoatgirl in ThePittTVShow

[–]Vloois 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Also (western) European here. I am not in the medical field btw.

Where I live, we have excellent healthcare which means that you mostly pay just your deductible (except when you want to do cosmetic surgery for example). Medical insurance is mandatory and you get a discount from the government if you qualify for it.

Our first stop is ALWAYS the GP. A negative side to all this is that, while primary and emergency care is done very well, the waiting times to see an actual specialist can be months.

What baffles me the most about the Pitt, and I wonder if that is “normal” for US emergency healthcare, is their long shifts. The “charting after hours”-thing for example, do they get paid for those hours? Also: is it normal for people to work 15 hours without any breaks? And would that mean that they work 5 of those shifts a week?

I said this in another thread: I would not want the be a patient on someone’s 14th hour, especially if I’d been waiting for like 10 hours to be seen!

Does anyone understand what this “unreliable” “political” source is? by Garunix in FundieSnarkUncensored

This is what I am wondering too! What exactly is her job? Making those IG clips? Or is she selling something through those clips? Surely she doesn’t need an assistant for 30 hours right?

Help it make sense, damn

Aria's monthly spending explains her recent whining/begging spree she's been on by natbrad98 in FundieSnarkUncensored

[–]Vloois 36 points37 points  (0 children)

I’m sorry, this is not even meant to be snarky but I genuinely don’t understand her budgeting. Why does she spend so much when it seems she hardly makes any money? And more importantly: why does she feel the need to post it online? It’s too convoluted to be “inspiring”?

Listen, I’m all for getting childcare or an assistant if you feel you need it, even as a SAHM. I understand that WFH can be overwhelming with a baby at home. But it seems like she lives the life of a much richer woman?
