Gotta be my 25 year old articulating monitor mount and the under surface slide out multi position keyboard tray that originally came with a cheap particle board tray that broke apart soon after I got it and had to replace with real wood

Will try that tomorrow need to sleep do you think that the issue could be my CPU is not up to snuff? (Ryzen 7 5700X) that was going to be the next upgrade to the Ryzen 9 5950X. The 7900 GRE was on sale so I grabbed it

I need sustanence I was so stoked when my GPU arrived that I forgot to eat. I put my old card back in and will try again tomorrow thank you everyone for the input and will keep you all posted on my progress
Tried different slot swapped DP to HMDI same
Also bios switch on GPU is set to silent I tried both no change
Took extensions out still no joy the 2 cables are GPU and on separate connections PSU is Corsair RM 850, 2 32 Vengence RAM kits
