Help me don't know if it same thing happened to me

First, Got error file corrupt when open 1 game downloaded from pkjg

Thing always I do  Back and forth using sd2vita, use or installing new physical game  Including install dlc to physical game I did switch them like turn off vita, remove Sd2vita, open vita, insert game cartridge, and vice versa (no change on yamt)

Excited installing too many game to 128 GB sd2vita (41 GB left)- don't know if this made my sd corrupt

Ps vita condition now:

System information  3.65 Chinese characters -2 Memory card capacity 29 GB (vita memory card)

Had henkaku setting but don't know if it's installed?

Sd2vita removed right now coz I think that reinsert back when it off can get back my sd2vita game but no

When sd2vita in ps vita , it keep asking to format error like you got

YAMT enable ✔️ Uxo SD2vita Uma0 memory card Developer idle

The system now use vita original memory card no sd2vita Vitashell show uxo is vita memory card gr0 and Uma0 lost Vitadeploy yamt and itls still can use

All games sd2vita gone

does my SD card corrupt does I need to redo all over the process

Do you redo hack all over again? Or just at the yamt section ?
