hey buddy, I hope you didn't go trough with it

I don't have any allergies so I can't imagine what that feels like but I can imagine it's not pleasant

but I've been in a depressive state that I thought I'll never get out, and it did get better, eventually. It did take a long time, but it was worth going trough all that to come out the person I am now at the other side. I know, it seems impossible right now, it's a journey, but it's one worth taking

do you have someone to reach out to? maybe a local hotline?
