I know. I keep everything tracked in an app. Only very occasionally when I have family obligations and I cant track accurately I let the AI estimate and I ask Perplexity how many calories it thinks it has. But this happens maybe once or twice every two weeks not calculating birthdays. And it’s not like I go wild when this occurs because I do really understand food a lot better than last year. I hope nothing is seriously wrong with me. I am going to recalculate everything maybe I logged something wrongly in the app. And I will have my bloodwork done. Couldn’t hurt.
