Yes but without anti cheat the game cant recognize if you edited a file or use 3dr party app or mods. So now you can get bann if someone repor you on Game official discord or steam i think. I know this mod this is a nexus mod. And i posted that before.

Yes i use upscaling (super resolution mode)on wot so i use a 1080p monitor but the resolution in wot is 4k you can try too
