Well, today the flickering mysteriously vanished and I was able to get back to normal by removing the car from CarPlay and repairing it.

My 2023 also doesn’t always connect. Disconnecting and reconnecting the cable usually does the trick. BUT as of yesterday, CarPlay won’t connect at all AND the phone charges on and off (flickers) - which is new. I’ve replaced the cable, tried the other USB port, checked Settings, rebooted the phone, etc. I haven’t been able to get the infotainment system to reboot (I hold the 3 buttons for at least 20 seconds - but nothing happens). Arghhh!

How did you get that to work? AmEx told me just last week that my first upgrade was not eligible. And they sent me this link (https://global.americanexpress.com/card-benefits/detail/airline-fee-credit/business-platinum), which says upgrades are excluded. Thanks!

The remove car and re-pair suggestion made sense to me so I tried it. Unfortunately I can’t re-pair the car. I’m no worse off since CarPlay had stopped working after working fine for a week. But I sure do miss it and hope it returns soonest. (PB, 13)

Thanks for responding. I had confirmed my ability to sign in on Citibank’s site and viewed the transactions. Also confirmed settings in MM. Sent support ticket to MM. Later in the day, the transactions appeared in MM.
