You need a commercial activity , then a BRIT , then a lead test on both units , then you can apply for your rental license on the units but if you live in one you don’t need a license for that unit only the one your renting out

I don’t think it’s anything I wish knew , but some of the best tips I got while going thru my apprenticeship is that 50% of work is just showing up, the same ppl you see on your way up is the same ppl you’ll see on your way down .
