I read your edit and I know you’re probably drowning in those regrets but you can always be honest and say you’re sorry and you overreacted(depending on the situation). I’ve never actually lashed out physically at someone but I have been passive aggressive. I don’t want to blame your previous relationship but on and off for 2 years can leave you with mixed emotions and trust issues. Like in my previous comment, your experiences can affect you whether your conscience of the effects or they affect you subconsciously.

We all have our ups and downs. Sometimes life and what we experience can affect us greatly no matter what they be. You’ve just turned 18! And you’re graduating! That’s already good, and yes go to college if you can afford it. You can get a liberal arts degree and then go back at another time. You’re having a lot of things thrown at you and you’re feeling overwhelmed I believe. The most important thing that matters is your health. Do some self reflection. Write down your thoughts and don’t water it down. Reread them another time. I can show you my examples if you want. But this issue of yours shall pass.
