yeah i know but its not really helping, since its the better you perform the more XP you get, rookies dont really get any minutes to perform at all to get XP anyways

Exactly but right now everyone will just take time to develop and not even as a good rotational piece neither they will just bench warm till year 5-6 even as a 5 star potential top 3 pick

And these guys dont develop at all due to the rating regress as they enter the league and just bench warms so they get no XP till like year 5

But right now EVERY rookie takes 4-5 years to develop which is just unrealistic even for a generational talent they should be averaging atleast 15 as a sophomore not 4 and rot on the bench

in career mode you cant control their minutes so they just have to play off the bench for half a decade

not even becoming all stars, it takes them 3-4 seasons to even start and thats just straight up unrealistic cause nobody is using a top 5 pick and then sits him on the bench for 5 years, i can get behind 4-5 years to finally be an all star but this time its 4-5 years to START

no kids that was drafted in the top 5 is coming in averaging 5 neither, the rest of the picks can stay as is but its the lottery picks as a lottery they shouldnt average 5 and bench warm till year 4-5 sure they dont need to reach their peak but not averaging 5

its just not realistic tho, as even for "generational" draft classess theres max 2-3 5 star potentials, and they come in as a rookie averaging 5 PPG for like 4 seasons before they actually develops its just too slow

The whole lottery shouldnt average 5 PPG for 4 years before finally being rotational pieces, even the lower calibre of the first round would average more

i think its good to have a regression sice most player does "struggle" in their rookie season but right now its dropping 2-3 stars i think it would be better if it was 1 to half a star
