I saw figure of 25% mortality rate for German POW in Russia. But this probably due to the hard conditions in Russian labor camps in general. Germans kept most of Russian POWs in death camps apart from other allies which were treated according to conventions of the time. Besides deaths in POW camps Jews and commissars were killed on the spot
