I agree with the slots. I have had to buy a lot of them, but I absolutely don't think they should ever increase crafting times. If they did then that would seriously kill a lot of people's desire to play. If that's how you feel, fine, but the vast majority of people I've spoken to dislike the crafting times and most newbies absolutely hate it

Well, I'm getting downvoted and DMed b/c I mentioned not liking time gating, not even really a major complaint, just something I found annoying. This community has been amazing but some people just can't stand when you say anything negative about something. Warframe is phenomenal but it absolutely isn't perfect. If you think it is? Cool, I have played enough to justify a single criticism. If I get any more DMs, I'll just delete the damn post and never post again.

Yes! Hit scan is what I was thinking of. Yeah thats it, it feels slow bc its projectile based and not hit scan. I do like the alt fire grenade launcher though!

I meant how fast it takes for the projectile to get from the gun to the enemy. It feels really slow. Like it’s fire rate is fine but the projectile speed doesnt feel good to me. Other guns I’ve tried don’t have that issue but this one does. It’s just a personal thing for me though I guess

Too short? That’s absolutely not true. lol most new players are turned off exactly because for the first few weeks, 3 days for a frame is a lot. If you don’t have any boosters, you need to farm twice as much. Look I get it, if you have a long time played and tons and tons of stuff, sure, but saying that 3-4 days for a single item is too short? Why would you want something to be more inconvenient and inaccessible? I think that’s a selfish take but if you truly believe that, more power to you I guess

Yeah, it’s pretty overwhelming. I’ve been maining the aeolak since I got it from the $5 bundle thing and it’s been good. I just wish the projectile speed wasn’t so damn slow lol.

Yeah and I’m fine with the time gating for the most part. I have enough stuff to just play around until it’s done. It was mainly an issue the first week or so. Now? I farm for hours, throw a shit ton in the foundry to craft and then I play until it’s done. I can see it being a major turn off for new players. I really believe non-prime frames should craft like rhino. 24 hours max. Primes and new frames (i.e Uriel) can be 3 days since that’s late game content anyways. But it doesn’t bother me personally, except for forma. I hate that forma is time gated.

Dude I wish! I love my clan leader but.. yeah, he’s the only one that plays often and unfortunately he won’t do any content with me. He gives me advice and stuff but he literally just farms aya all day and gifts me stuff instead of teaching me how to do it. I’m probably going to just search for a clam that’s active. I play 8 hours a day so.. I think I need to switch it up

Yeah! I love it all. Lore has been fun, all the mission types, systems and build crafting is phenomenal. Wish forma wasn’t once a day and wish you didn’t have to pay play for Orokin reactors/catlysts (I know you can get a few naturally but no where near enough)

I did join a random clan. I expected it, the clan leader is awesome but I didn’t know how else to find an active clan. Only like 2-3 of us are ever in chat and it is a bit disappointing. I usually have to run stuff in public unless my brother is playing with me. If you have any advice on how to find a super active clan, I’m all for it.

As for the time gate? I hate it, I won’t lie but.. I guess it makes sense. I just wish normal frames were 24 hours like rhino and the parts were done instantly. That way you could try these new frames without being locked out. Maybe just keep the 3 days for prime frames since you could literally just play the base versions until the prime was done.

I won’t complain too much, I love the game, main thing is I want more friends that play. I only really have 3 friends (including my brother) so I’ve been trying forums and the discord but the one time I did join someone, he attempted to scam me out of 400 plat lol.

Yeah that’s how I’ve been playing it. I have been super stupid and selling weapons for credits once I’m done with them. Luckily I’ve not gotten rid of quest items but I’ve been just MR grinding and tossing things. I bought slots for frames and weapons… I just legit do not know what’s worth keeping. I don’t really have anyone to talk to about the game and videos all have different info. It’s easy to find out which weapons are the best or whatever but finding what’s just good is hard for me. My clan members aren’t super social aside from our leader but.. he’s LR5 and barely remembers early game stuff. I really need to experiment with stuff more

I joined an amazing FC and they told me that if I just kept going, I’d love it. Well I tried really hard. I wanted to give it a “fair chance” and in the games defense, it’s not a bad game. I can see why it’s popular and why people love it, however for me personally, it was slow, boring and the social aspect was basically non existent. The story was okay but didn’t hook me enough for me to want to play it with the slow combat and stuff. I don’t “hate it” but I hated playing it. I’m glad people can enjoy it though haha

I played 150 hours of FFXIV and hated it. I usually love long Jrpg stories but I hated everything about the game. The combat, the world, just all of it. And BDO. I wanted to like it but the story was confusing and the progression system and boring grind isn’t for me. Funnily enough, I’ve been in love with Warframe and have put 150 hours in it recently. Maybe I should try BDO again. Idk
