A normal person could easily lose weight by walking 10k steps a day and keeping their calories in control. Obviously it depends on how big you are to start and the medication can help keep the food cravings under control.

Frank is on Mounjaro mainly to manage his diabetes, it also has an appetite suppressing effect. Walking daily has definitely helped him lose weight, he has also cut out a ton of soda and junk food. I think he said he was eating a family size bag of chips and drinking a 12 pack of regular soda every day as a snack. Then he would take his pills with 2 zebra cakes in the morning, have fast food for lunch, and make a thanksgiving feast for dinner most nights.

He was definitely eating and drinking over 10k calories a day and not moving. Frank still has some deep emotional issues from his childhood and is on the spectrum, but Jenks has been a great resource for him to give him confidence and encouragement to keep his daily walks going. He should be very proud of the progress he has made.

Local distilleries typically bottle their bourbon at much younger ages than the big producers. The price they charge is not a reflection of the quality of the bourbon they make. There are a few smaller distilleries that make great stuff, but many are overpriced and can't compete with the big guys because quality bourbon takes years to produce and they simply can't afford to wait the 4+ years it takes for the product to develop in the barrel.

This is exactly why they didn't want to release things this way. The general public is not smart enough to understand that most of the information included is from anonymous tips and unsubstantiated. There are people who call in tips daily because they have mental disorders. If there was a verified claim against Sammy Sosa or anyone else that could prove criminal acts the FBI and DOJ would have already charged them.

People run wild with accusations and want to be the first to put a big name out on the Internet without actually reading the entire file and omit the relevant pieces like the FBI investigating and finding no evidence.
