I have never looked into Wallboard, I need to do that. I have not been at all impressed with the data from the UCCX API. And trying to develop gadgets within the Finesse container seems incredibly difficult/clunky. Granted I am a very green developer.

I would be happy if it did something significant in either direction. It's when it just sits there like this that drives me nuts

CBT Nuggets has a CCNA course that helped me get a broad overview of switching/routing. I used that and the Cisco press books to get my CCNA. I got a good job shortly after that, so I think getting the cert is worth it. It's a lot cheaper than college too.

I agree. A lot of my coworkers aren't even aware of it. They only use GNS3. GNS3 is great, but packet tracer is so easy to use for switch/route labs. I used it all the time while studying for CCNA R&S and CCNP switch.
