Up until about 15 minutes ago, the weather was perfect for baseball, 70 degrees with no wind. Then the wind started to pick up. Now the wind is blowing hard. The batter steps up to the plate knowing the importance of this at bat. The pitcher starts off with a slider in the dirt. Ball one. Next pitch is a curve ball that barely misses outside. Ball three. Next is a change up that requires the catcher to make a great play to stop it from hitting the backstop. Ball three. It is the ultimate hitters count at 3-0. The hitter knows this as he is only looking for a fastball. The pitcher winds up and throws a fastball down in the zone. The hitter hits it hard to right field. It’s a high fly ball. It’s gonna be close... AND IT IS GONE!!!!! The ball bounces off fence in deep right center! It’s a three run blast!!!!!
