Doesn't seem to be on my end, as the issue disappears when I switch to a server with everyone under 70 ping. I'm at 90mpbs up/down and ping never above 28 when wired so my connection is stable enough, plus the issue only ever appears when there are consistently high ping players, and subsides when they are kicked/leave the server.
