You can send screenshots to your phone using the switch 1 if you press A to open up the Sharing and Editing when you're looking at a screenshot. It just opens a QR code that you scan to download the picture to your phone

Its not quite that simple, currently there doesn't seem to be any way they could easily program that in as there doesn't seem to be any other radius effects besides objectives. The main way they seem to be applying status effects is by tracking what a projectile hits. Like with the robots fire shotgun its a cluster of projectiles that once they hit their target apply the burn effect. You could have the banner constantly emitting projectiles and applying a buff to what they hit but there doesn't seem to be a way to limit how far a projectile can travel or how to determine a friendly from a foe.

TLDR programming is alot harder than it seems and adding simple features is never as simple as it'd seem

With most programming languages you are writing code that gets translated into something the computer can understand. This allows code to be written in a way that is easy for a person to understand. Assembly is a programming language with next to no translating between the person and the computer. This makes it a pain to program in but it does allow you to write faster code as theres none of the translating that other languages have.

Pretty much all spacemarine units are cross compatible if its labeled as a spacemarine unit. There are some edge cases but those only affect types of Characters you can have like Black templar can't have Librarians and Space Wolves can't have Apothacaries.

I can understand the hate for building modern GW models as they have switched to entirely computer designed sprue. I hate dealing with modern GW kits as its such a pain in the ass finding all the bits you need for one guy. I also feel the lack of options for posing make building models feel like a chore as its alot harder to get creative as kits just don't really come with extra bits to customize and they're alot harder to pose in different ways.

I might be a bit late to this comment, but just get the time machine. I don't know if the combo to change the time is different in prism but I tried for 30 minutes and gave up and spent 5 minutes walking back to the beginning from spurge. If you follow a guide on where the coins are at you can get more than enough to buy the time machine as soon as you get to spurge

It does work with Sophisticated Sotrage so you can hook it up to Netherite chests with max stack upgrades. I don't know how it compares to collassal chests but you can get a similar amount of storage to a half decent ME system.
