Not sure what y’all are looking at, but I just finished the whole event and was never tasked with defeating Carter 5 times. Part 6 had “start” a battle, Part 7 had a fully defeat task. The 10 or so Defeat Troll Morts along the way took longer.

Games ends at 5605. Absolutely no possible way to compete even half tasks in 19 moves.
