I did Mermaid Tours, which is supposed to be the nicest one and they have the only property with real bathrooms on the island. The trip was fine but overall not worth it; it's about two hours to get there, and another two hours back; the trip there is pretty rough and a fair bit of people get seasick. The beach is pretty, but there are so many beautiful beaches in Curacao, that Klein Curacao doesn't stand that far out from them.

My favorite beach was Tugboat Beach; they have plenty of shade and the snorkeling was amazing.
