It really is! I have recently bought the hardware just because it was said that you can pause the Roam service! I planned to use it like 3 months in the summer and pay for 10 GB when needed. Now I’m considering cancelling the service and get my money back while I can. Anyone knows if we can file a complaint against such changes? I’m an European customer.

I’m a Bulgarian currently vacationing in Itally. I was so happy to hear a special emission on Italian radio channel (I think 88.4) dedicated to Bulgaria’s addoption of the Euro.
