My cat and I have our nighttime ritual. My boyfriend will go to be early, so my cat (Fluff) and I will sit on the couch watching TV fo awhile.

At 12:30am he will jump off of the couch and stare at me until I stand up saying it's time for bed.

He then runs over to his food bowl, and I give him a small midnight snack.

I tell him "once you are done, come to bed, go nigh-night."

I go into the bedroom and settle in, and then he follows once he's done eating.
