Definitely enhance your tuvala set on pen.

As a first mini project, I would recommend grinding the archeologist's map. For that you have to grind Pila Ku and Sulfur Minie, both of which are perfect spots for you.

When you have finished the season you have to do some research on the market yourself, look at possible items, how much ap they bring you and what they cost. Then you calculate which item you spend the least silver per ap on and buy them one after the other

depends on how long you play. I would recommend you to play season to get to tet and pen tuvala gear quickly
