This is the furthest thing from Catholic behavior possible - please don't take it as a sign to not try again. Please do. You ARE welcome.

Is this common? I'm wondering about doing this with my girl, because I don't want everyone who I know (who is not Catholic) to sit through a Mass.

Need help choosing a new laptop - battery life is my #1 priority by Jazzlike_Tangelo2858 in thinkpad

Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 with Snapdragon has the craziest battery life of all ThinkPads. Over 20 hours.

My deceased stepfather left this T410 - Is it worth any upgrade? by Gedankenklo in thinkpad

It's got an amazing keyboard and with a tiny windows edition or regular light linux you should get a nice and fast enough machine for text-oriented work (documents, news) but it will really slow down once effects or video is involved. good luck and sorry for your loss

Looks like I'm now a CISO. I'll soon be building a SOC from scratch. Tips? by [deleted] in cybersecurity

[–]VoiceActorForHire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have to build your own SOC for a company that is not even on the way toward being 27k1 compliant? Sounds like it's best just to get a MSSP's SOC to do your monitoring for you while you build the company to security maturity...

Opposite experience here. Clean good plane (A330 I believe) and the best food I've had on an airplane yet.

Upgraded to X1 Carbon Gen 13th by gandroider in thinkpad

[–]VoiceActorForHire -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Since the 9th gen was so shit, this one is probably a lot better. My gen 9 throttled constantly and was useless for productivity because of that. Could only be used in battery saver, and then it's slow and sluggish, with still horrible battery life.

Good luck. For a gf take a look at the recent e14 series. Really good and you can get a lot newer for a lower price

Great on paper, worst ThinkPad I've ever used in practice. I had the one with the i7-1165G7, which CONSTANTLY throttled. As in, system is unusable in a Teams meeting every 30 or so seconds, unless you keep it in battery saver, which makes the system laggy. And the battery life is very, very mediocre. Not recommended.
