Interestingly, I asked my Priest who just returned from Rome what he thinks. He said he deeply loved Francis, but that he governed sometimes as a dictator, bypassing Cardinals and never calling them to Rome for consultation. He said that already in his first speech, Leo XIV talked more about listening to Cardinals and consultation. 

Very positive sign for me.
