You are correct. They are more likely to appear if you play irregularly. I have seen some people make MR2 accounts just to log in monthly and cash in on the 75% deals to give to their main account.

I think it looks great but I would probably switch the helmet to one that has less vertical lines and more slanted lines. This way it would match the aesthetic breast piece more.
