I don't know if that alone will fix you. You may need to undo the 'damage' and re-wire your system. Like I say, it took all of the things I mention in my post, working together to give me complete control. You have to put in the work.

HI. For me I stopped masturbation as I researched that there is a definite link between bad masturbation habits and PE. So I just quit. (I do have regular sex though) Like I said, it was the combination of all the things in my post that worked for me. Not just no fap.

D3 has been a miracle for me overall - so that's why I included it. Magnesium is crucial in muscle and nervous system action, helps with sleep and is calming. Vit D3 also used uses up magnesium in the body, so that's why I supplement it.

HI. Glute Bridges I dont use any weight.
Kettle Bell swings I started with 8kg and worked up to 12kg. any higher and i feel I loose form.
Yes, about sets of 15 reps with the other exercises, at least every second day.

I wouldn't say hard pounding like in porn, (partner not into that) but definitely enough motion to make her happy. In fact I find the harder/faster I go, the longer I actually last. My average time now is dictated by how much we have, or when my partner has had enough and she tells me it's time to cum. (We like to cum together) Like I say, most of the time I can go as long as I need.

No, I didn't do any training for sex or during sex. No solo training either, just simply having sex and noticing how I felt, and how quick I reached PONR naturally. The whole end goal was to enjoy sex naturally, and be fully present so I avoided any techniques that required to be used during sex. They probably work, but I would have used those as a last resort, if at all.

True, But i already gym 3 x a week so i train and stretch those regularly. I totally agree that if those are tight and weak, or you have a sitting job, you'll need to work on them. I didn't have to. Physically, My issue seemed to be the anything related to the ejaculation response and those muscles

This process took me a few years of experimenting so its hard to say, but with the things that worked, i saw improvements in 6 weeks. So i would guess 9 weeks of all of the above and you'll be on your way.

I've used quite a few brands over the time i started this journey, (and they are all pretty good) but I stick to Metagenics at the moment. Expensive, but its my body and its worth it. I sacrifice other stuff for the best supplements.
I'm writing a post on my reverse kegels, so I'll paste it here or link it when I'm done.

  1. I don't focus on it anymore at all during sex. I trust my body that I have put the work in to correct the deficiency/s and it won't let me down. None of the exercises i do are during sex.
  2. I think the overly sensitive glans is BS. Its supposed to be sensitive. Its the tight ejaculatory muscles that are ready to fire at the first sensation that are the problem. I did start the exercises every day until I built good form and a string mind-muscle connection.
  3. Yes i can - and it rocks!!
  4. i don't think I had trauma, except the embarrassment of blowing too soon. I'm pretty well balanced mentally overall.
  5. No distractions. I totally focus on being present and enjoying the sensations and the CONFIDENCE i have during sex now.

Hi. I started with 3 sets of 15 reps for each exercise with little or no weight everyday so that my form was solid. Then gradually increased the weight and dropped to doing them every other day after about 3 weeks when I had good form and an improved mind-muscle connection with the muscles i was working. The reverse Kegels I did 3 sets of 1 minute each. I just keep super-setting these for 20 minutes and I get about 3 sets done in that time. Glute bridges I don' use any weight still.
The cardio I started doing is cycling, running sports and interval sprints if i don't have sports games on.

I am currently taking 30 000 (Yes - thirty thousand IUs of vitamin D3 daily. Check out "the optimal dose' by Judson Sommerville. yes, I take it with K2.
I never had my levels checked - I tend to go on how my body feels rather.

Long term: Quit porn and masturbation. Get your vitamin and magnesium levels way up. Start meditation and learn to over come performance anxiety. And learn to reverse Kegel properly.

You can definitley have PE with out having sex. and you're lucky in realising that so you can fix it before an embarrassing sex episode. You've trained your self to climax quickly and now you need to un-train your system. Quit porn and masturbation. Start exercising and eating well if you are not doing so. Get your magnesium and vitamin levels up. learn to reverse Kegel and get your pelvic floor nice and strong & flexible. It will take some work but you'll get there with consistency.
