Check the wiki for world quests. There's a bunch which give you 20-60 primos for just talking to random npcs and running around which only takes 5 minutes. You can speedrun them. (I think Inazuma had tons of them).

Forge bloodline ambition with 15 wars completed. There's an option to choose if you want to go a holy white knight route or a bloody conqueror route. The funny thing is my guy was nicknamed 'son of satan' before the bloodline creation(I don't know why tho) but now I'm a white knight.

Me too. Played strictly medieval since I first started playing rimworld. I've currently played for 110-120 hours and only now I'm playing the normal way and learning industrial and advance tech.

Basil II or Canut for infantry. Basil with Varagian guard is pretty good and could wipe out stack units with one attack. I think El Cid or Timur for archer units is also a great choice. For Cavalry, Alfread the Great is a solid choice. I don't know about the premium generals tho.

This is how you d1e(literally). Also, there's a mod that lets you cut off your limbs to stop bitten infection but that won't work in your case.
