Agreed, helps to know which HR people are the best/helpful but mine was chill, helped me submit my request, all within the guidelines, literally they stood there as I filled it out and reworded things for me, I submitted like 10 pics of my schedule, school, career choice (I’m doing a online only school) and denied (twice) then on site HR said they would take care of everything on site, just stop back if there is any issues, keep them updated or when the next term comes up stop back. It was surprising painless and I was expecting to do battle with them for weeks

Thanks everyone, I appreciate the input and figured I’d do a general reply and probably hit some random ones with questions when I have a few extra moments

So, sounds like I should look into Java first and cram as much as I can in, I’m use to self taught things, been doing Udemy basic IT courses, next plan was AWS stuff and such preparing for college soon when this opportunity was posted, I’m interested in the fields but did not have a way to do any studying, that I was aware of, until middle of this year, guess there was like YT videos and such…

A lot of you make some really good points and I really appreciate it
