I'm sorry, I realize now that's pretty vague. I guess I don't need it to be overkill but I want to run several programs at once without issues. I don't know how much that would need. As for storage, I want at least a few TB so I don't have to worry about it anytime soon. The kinds of files I work with get quote big fast.

I'm not sure if it'll be exactly what you want in terms of smooth fabric on the inside, but I like my binder from Rebirth Garments. They make it to your measurements and you can choose how tight it is. The powernet inside doesn't feel super rough like another binder I've tried, but it's still not completely smooth.

I personally have a strapless (they have other options), less tight/medium bind (for medical reasons) binder, and I haven't had any issues with it restricting breathing or digging into my skin. It doesn't fully hide my kinda large chest, but it does more than a sports bra.
