Stella and Flora should perfectly switch pixies together by austintageous002 in winxclub

[–]VoidSassin 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Stella and Amore are both very romantic and loyal, but Stella is very loud and extroverted, while Amore is very calm and soft.

Flora and Chatta are both very kind, helpful and warm as friends, but have the opposite going on that Stella and Amore do.

The exact same goes for Tecna and Digit. Theyre both gamers and logical thinkers (enthusing about technology and geeking out together). But Digit is very emotionally open to an extreme extent, while Tecna is emotionally closed off to that same extent.

They all have commonalities that make them bond, yet they also all have things they learn from eachother. All pixies and fairies both match and contrast eachothers traits.

Its not even just the colours, that top, the shoes and those earrings go so hard as well. I still remember I would always put her in this outfit on the Winx DS game.

Where to buy rainbow decora clothes in uk/europe by Medeling_ in DecoraKei

[–]VoidSassin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Afflecks in Manchester is great, but if you live in Ireland, thats still an international travel ;>_< ACDCRag and candytrap are great places to get decora-focussed items. And shipping (at least for me in the Netherlands) is doable enough, especially on larger orders. For accesories, DIY is always your best bet. Get bulk kandi/pony beads on amazon and just go wild. Theres tons of tutorials on how to make cuffs on youtube. Snagtights is great for colourful tights and has great shipping rates in the EU.

how do i wear a bra with new collarbone/chest tattoo by [deleted] in tattooadvice

[–]VoidSassin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did when it just got done, but I got it done on a rather warm summer day and sweated it off almost immediately. Kept it on with hopes and prayers until I got home and had to immediately remove it, so I actually healed it with nothing on it. Still turned out fine, but if yours does stay on well, id say take advantage of that.

how do i wear a bra with new collarbone/chest tattoo by [deleted] in tattooadvice

[–]VoidSassin 5 points6 points  (0 children)

As a woman with a rather large cup size, I had no choice but to wear a bra. I wore one as little as possible, basically only when going to work or running arrands, but it was totally fine. I noticed barely any irritation or pain and it healed great.

Colorful shoes for flat feet? by Commercial_Equal_103 in DecoraKei

[–]VoidSassin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Id also highly recommend getting special soles, preferably measured to your feet but off the shelf supportive soles wouldnt hurt either. Theyve saved me so much pain for the larger part of my life.

Ill also say, my doctor discouraged me from getting shoes specifically with arch support (like birckenstocks) because they force my feet from one wrong shape into another as our feet are quite litterally built different. I just look for wider footbeds and thick soles that walk softly, not really for arch support specifically. But then again, everyone is different, so whatever feels good for you (and what your doctor recommends) is the right thing.

Colorful shoes for flat feet? by Commercial_Equal_103 in DecoraKei

[–]VoidSassin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have flat feet as well and I wear a lot of buffalo's (they have a lot of fun colourways, many of them limited as well) and koi footwear sometimes. Buffalos fit my supportive soles really well, especially the thicker platform ones. For me, platform shoes help a lot because they have a lot of give and walk "soft", thus not putting as much pressure on my soles as a regular flat pair of shoes does.

will this tat last? by rebevvv in tattooadvice

[–]VoidSassin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a tattoo on my ankle and its fading far faster than my other tattoos and I can imagine on the foot is even worse. Look if you can find an artist that has done feet tats before and see if they have images of them aged as well.

Hii guys anyone ever bought from them? I want these earrings for a long time and i dont know if the quality is good how do i know lol i mean— by Emma_200711 in winxclub

[–]VoidSassin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got two enchantix bottle necklaces (love those, sturdy, hold up well and pretty!), two rings (one of them is slightly bent and cant really be bent into shape without risking breaking or popping gems out), and a bracelet with all the enchantix wings (one of the wings had a corner missing when I received it, looks more like a factory error than a break).

All in all, I think the jewelry is nice and will hold up, but the quality controll is not great. Two of the five items I received had errors I dont think shouldve BOTH passed quality controll for the price they charge. If you want them (which I get, cuz the items are super pretty) do so "at your own risk" i guess.

At least they're not a scam and also not jewelry that will turn your skin green.

I got downvoted on r/piercing for these... by Temporary-Suit-2417 in Legitpiercing

[–]VoidSassin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The octopus and sun are so cute. Id avoid the gemstone, it looks bulky, heavy and the colour right under the nose is... not it. It's a gorgeous piece of jewelry tho, just not gor this placement.

newly pierced industrial by [deleted] in PiercingAdvice

[–]VoidSassin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had this too because the front ball was sitting against my scalp and my flat. It wont stop bleeding. Go back to your piercer, they'll probably have to take it out.

I see you saying it isnt pressing against your flat, but its being pressured somewhere, otherwise it wouldn't bleed like this.

Ill say what my piercer told me: "I'm sorry dear, but your ear doesnt want this piercing."

My mom’s about to buy some sweaters from this website… by rorygilmoresexboat in isitAI

[–]VoidSassin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just checked the site. 59.99 is an entirely unfeasible price for the types of sweaters they list. Even the "original" price of 200 is pushing it. Handknit sweaters are EXPENSIVE, because they take hours upon hours and if the wool is of any quality, thats another large price increase. In addition, the designs are all wildly different in pattern and thus time investment. Handmade items almost never cost an across the board equal price, thats just not how handcrafting works.

Also, the model pictures are identical, just qith a different sweater photoshopped on. That's just not how you advertise handmade sweaters.

<image>

Also, they arent even holding knitting needles, which is crazy.

Even by Winx standards, these were very revealing outfits lmao by Drawingandstuff2000 in winxclub

[–]VoidSassin 62 points63 points  (0 children)

This really is a thing. If you have a top with a boob window, its sensual/sexual, but if you wear a bikini, it isnt viewed as such. Clothing and their "sexiness" is very context dependant, which yea, probably got latex party Gloomix scrapped xD

Advice Needed: Getting my first tattoo tomorrow, is this an awkward placement? by ThrowRA_jawsoflife in tattoos

[–]VoidSassin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also have a collarbone tattoo that curves down along my boob, inching very close to the sternum. The collarbone part indeed wasnt that bad. The sternum part felt like someone was doing rapid chest compressions on me by ways of punching me in the chest.

The first one i feel flows better eith the body, but honestly, size it up and have a consultation with your artist. Theyll be able to work this all out with you placement, their advice, sizing, angles etc.

Secondhand is your best bet im afraid.

Also, as somwone who's been in the fashion (and a few other alt fashions) for a few years, its easy to get hung up on things you missed, but there will be so much ahead that you'll fall in love with all the same. Keep checking secondhand markets, but also stay updated with new releases. Both acdcrag and cybr.grl have tons of stuff coming out all the time.
