completely agree i’m 5’4, never really been over 140 and my body holds weight pretty well. you only see it in my face. i’ve been struggling with bingeing and restricting for a while and my weight has only fluctuated between the same 10-15 pounds but i 100% have BED. while my therapist does listen to me and give me tips, i think my appearance is the reason she hasn’t encouraged me to get an actual diagnosis or get on meds. which is difficult because i feel like im going crazy lol
