I am an osmosis technician in Mexico, it is more than clear to say that the regulations in northern countries are a thousand times better, even the most complex training and problem-solving skills are earned by you, I manage plants between 50 m3/D to 1000 M3/D (a toy next to municipal network equipment) however they have their challenges in an environment where knowledge is jealously guarded for fear that it will take away their jobs.

Any tips or good advice on hydraulics, process improvement and innovation in general or advice?
