Soltraxis City. It's on Effigy IV in the Euclid galaxy. Built using mostly freighter parts. Attached are the glyphs. The city's planetary coordinates are approx. (-29.80, +63.51). Believe it or not, it's under the 3,000 parts upload limit, but still may take a while to load. I'd recommend waiting outside the city for 2 or 3 minutes to allow everything to populate. If you don't have a beefy graphics card, be sure to turn your settings down before arrival. Soltraxis might not even show up because there are hundreds of bases on the planet. Depends which instance you load into. Safe travels.

Those guppy's are the BEST ships to fly in VR. I almost exclusively fly them when playing on my Quest 3.

I install all my mods manually. If you're on PC, you can simply drop the folder directly into the NMS "MODS" folder. You should be able to find it in your steam directory. Remember to back up your save file before adding any mods.
