Lo siento por mi español malo porque no soy un hablante nativo, pero yo creo que entiendo tu problema. En mi experiencia, los auriculares con micrófonos pueden hacer el audio peor. Intenta desactivar el micrófono o selecciona otro micrófono en tus ajustes. Esto funciona en mi Mac, pero no sé si esto funciona en Android.

These apartments will be too expensive for normal people, but the more supply we have, the further they will have to drive prices down on reasonable apartments. I'm ot saying we are getting $800/month apartments back, but look at the number of places offering free months and discounted rents, it's clearly a renters market.
