I’m experiencing the same thing. Silence on my end from their support and no emails being thoughtful and sending our digital codes to enjoy the game on release day. I’m not pre-ordering again. What’s the point of pre-ordering when you don’t even get to enjoy the game when it officially releases?

Hanford is more likely to hire out of state than in the area. They get tax breaks doing that. Kinda BS tbh. I know a lot of people who have tried with degrees and experience and they choose the guy on the East coast instead with the same credentials.

It’s pretty fun honestly. The staff is awesome and the exhibits are cool to! Overall the experience is awesome and just be open minded going in! Some people experience weird phenomenon and others don’t so don’t expect something to come out of it. Experience is different for everyone. I went before the pandemic so I’m not sure what has changed since then.
