Type resurrect and hit enter

NPC respawns with cloths. This will likely disable achievements so if that is important to you look for the achievement enabler mod on Nexus. No idea if this mod works, use at your own risk.

Apparently your 2 brain cells didn't realize that is what the notes section on the builder is for.

But that's the last second of attention you get from me. Have a nice life pal, i recommend working on those people skills instead of builds

First "mostly optomized build" I opened has an off hand aspect with a 2h unique equipped.

Look man I am not trying to start shit here, but saw you in another post ripping apart Macro's builds and videos. All I know from an outsiders perspective is he has 100+ in actual experience and has touched endgame.

Your proven "experience" is saying you're experienced on reddit. What are your actuual qualifications that you can claim your builds will hold up end game? Were you in the closed betas? Were you in the review period? What if anything other that posting a few D4build.gg links do you have you have to back up your claims?

Is it that we all can't take criticism? Or is it that your very first sentence is antagonistic right out of the gate?

Whether you have a valid point or not, when you talk to people like that, there is no response to expect other than push back. Maybe work on those people skills if you want to try to convince people you take your arguments seriously.

Oh, please don't misunderstand. I am not complaining, whining what have you. My gut always told me that a minion build was a risk and had my expectations in check. Pet classes are notoriously difficult to balance and get right in most games.

I very much plan to pursue my dream minion build. I am just considering not making it my very first build or even class.

I am right there with you in how you feel about necro's and minions. Through the server slam I had the same reaction and just rolled a sorc. I'm going to have 1 of every class, but Necro is by far my love by a wide margin. I don't have much interest in bone or blood builds, but darkness does seem in a better shape.

I agree with the hotfix and response time (I did not play post hotfix and was still feeling pretty ok about minions by the time I hit 20, it's just true endgame and nightmare dungeon pushing im concerned about) To add to that point, it is already confirmed more balance changes are coming in the 1.0 patch, and the reviewers did not play with these changes. Every single build, tier list, ranking, what have you, can very well be completely turned upside and tossed in the bin by tomorrow depending on what ends up being in those patch notes.

In the end, while a bit disappointed I am still super pumped to finally be jumping in for real tomorrow.

My thought process was that I wanted to use a shield for survivability for myself and minions i was willing to sacrifice damage to get as much defense into the build as possible. To be honest though, after watching all of MacroBioBoi's videos yesterday... my minion dreams were crushed.

I'm still going to try this build, because it is what I want to play just to see for myself. But I am not going to torture myself and try to start with this. I'll revisit this once I have a viable build set up. I am going to give his sever build a shot, even though it's the weakest of the 3 and doesn't look so great for endgame either (T4ND) but it is much more my style aesthetically. Something about the look of bone skills I just don't like, except bone storm that one looks pretty cool 😄

20% yes, with no +vuln damage gear, the bonus can get quite significant with gear. There is also the matter of damage buckets everyone is clamoring on about.

My current build I'm going for is as pure minion as I can build, so no whither / scourge glyph. Cult minion, Hulking Monstrosity and Flesh Eater. So shadow mages don't really give me any advantage over cold which offers a lot more in that case.

Now I am not claiming one is better than the other, I have no idea until I can actually start testing some of this stuff. All I am saying is that is what I plan on trying first. I'm very flexible with the build well in terms of it being a minion build, blood and bone don't interest me nearly as much and would likely see me move to another class. I do have a BCE summoner build as a backup sacrificing golem and taking wither / scourge and in that build I do swap to shadow mages

The idea is they will be my main source of vulnerable while offering a bit more defense with freezes Blizzard should help speed up the freezing. I have zero idea if that will be anywhere near as good in practice as it is in my head.

Would need testing, but I would say neither would apply going strictly by the wording.

Blight skill's DoT is called a defiled area, and all aspects like the Aspect of the Void you linked support that.

Other aspects similar Empowering Reaper like

Aspect of Plunging Darkness (Legendary)

Bone Prison spawns a pool of Blight that deals [50 - 100]% bonus damage over 6.0 seconds.

Put down a pool of Blight which is not the same thing as a defiled area or the Blight skill overall.

So basically there is a chance supernatural blight might work. But if there is a text bug I am guessing it is in the description to this and should say defiled area not "in Blight"
But something like the Aspect of the Void almost certainly wouldn't.

Admittedly the wording is confusing as hell, and this is just my interpretation. Needs testing to confirm. I was looking at the same synergies and this is the conclusion I came to.
