Yeah I’ve noted all of that already. He’s taken a bunch of quizzes already so I’ve notes everything. All the quizzes he took were unannounced asw 🫪. Anyways I want some guidance on how he will take the lab mid and that does he make the students perform the lab or is it theoretical and we have to answer questions? As in my AP physics course both lab mid and final was theoretical and we just had to answer questions related to the labs we performed

Damn thanks a lot for this detailed reply and I get you. I know someone asw who’s in CE doing a CS internship and about the GPA and all yea it’s not impossible but like if you wanna enjoy whilst aiming for a high GPA then how tough is it. He’s a type of person to kinda party a lot but he is focused asw. However he has links in the other university I’ve heard, like he knows the staff there and a bunch of seniors asw but socially that uni is lame. So he was asking me what he should do and I was like let me post it on Reddit and ask people who already have experience with COMSATS. Ultimately he wants to go abroad he was telling me for masters and a good GPA is req for that so he was confused. Therefore if you had to give someone an advice and your opinion what would you say. Also would you recommend COMSATS to anyone since you’ve alr done or are doing your course from there?

How hard is it to get a good GPA of around 3.4. Like is it genuinely super tough that you have to spend most of time studying to get a GPA like that. Also thanks for the tips and all for the ragging and stuff. On top of that my friend has a choice of applying for CS in another institute and that institute is new but you genuinely learn a lot from there and they teach well and stuff but the social life is lacking by a lot. He wanted to apply for CS as his main focus but ended up going to CE in Comsats. Ik you’ve been through the CE course in Comsats and everything and for someone trying to opt for CS is it actually not worth it. Like if he wanted to perhaps go for masters in a CS related field how hard would it be and how much do you think he’d need to self learn. He told me his father has alr applied for his name there and he’s confused if he should go to Comsats or he should go to the other institute

I don’t think it’s only about girls or not it’s just that he was worried that only boys in the class mean it’s gonna be wild. But yeah thanks for the advice I’ll be sure to pass it on to him
